ALPs enables archiving, retrieval, and searching of e-mail messages, as well as case management for suspicious messages
The ALPs provides Compliance Management in the following ways:
- Rule-based processing of suspicious messages,
- Further processing of messages deemed by compliance personnel as non-compliant,
- Providing an event log of actions taken by compliance personnel on suspicious messages,
- Providing statistical reports.
The ALPs has a web-based work environment for compliance personnel. It displays messages that have been flagged as suspicious and provides access to their attachments.
Compliance personnel can search, open, and save messages, as well as perform case management of each suspicious message by changing status and tracking event history.
